Welcome to SC Food Services. By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a catering service, participating in a culinary experience, or purchasing any products from SC Food Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or booking a service. 

1. About SC Food Services

SC Food Services provides fresh, locally inspired meals, catering services, meal preparation, private culinary experiences, and food-related services. Our mission is to provide high-quality, thoughtfully prepared meals using fresh seasonal ingredients while creating memorable food experiences for individuals, families, businesses, and private events. 

2. Ordering & Reservations

All orders, reservations, and service requests must be submitted through approved SC Food Services ordering channels, including our website, email, phone, or authorized booking platforms. SC Food Services is not responsible for delays, missed orders, or service issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. 

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time or purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include: 

-Credit/debit cards

-Electronic payment methods

-Approved business invoicing arrangements

For Catering events, corporate partnerships, and private experiences: 

-A Deposit may be required to secure the date and services. 

-Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

-Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services. 

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice due to seasonal availability, ingredient costs, market conditions, and supplier changes. SC Food Services reserves the right to modify menu offerings, substitute ingredients, or adjust pricing when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes prior to fulfillment. 

5. Food Preparation & Safety

SC Food Services follows applicable food safety practices and preparation standards required by local health regulations. Customers acknowledge that:

-Food products are prepared in a kitchen environment where common allergens may be present. 

-Ingredient availability may require substitutions.

-Proper storage, handling, and refrigeration of food after delivery or pickup are the customer's responsibility. 

SC Food Services is not responsible for food safety concerns resulting from improper storage, handling, reheating, or consumption after the food has been delivered or transferred to the customers. 

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers must disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests at the time or ordering or booking. SC Food Services will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies are responsible for determining whether our products are appropriate for their individual needs. 

7. Catering & Event Services

For Catering and private events, the customer agrees to provide accurate event details, including: 

-Event date and time

-Guest count

-Venue information

-Access requirements

-Setup and service expectations

Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed by the deadline outlined in the service agreement. Additional charges may apply for: 

-Guest count increases

-Extended service hours

-Additional staffing

-Special equipment requirements

-Last-minute menu change

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By booking services with SC Food Services, customers acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation terms. 

9. Customer Conduct

SC Food Services is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional experience. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings involving inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or threatening behavior toward our employees, partners, vendors, or representatives. 

10. Intellectual Property

All SC Food Services content, including but not limited to: logos, branding, menus, recipes, written materials, photography, website content are the property of SC Food Services and may not be copies, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Website Use

Customers agree to use the SC Food Services website for lawful purposes only. Users may not attempt to disrupt website functionality, submit false information, or use website content for unauthorized commerical purposes. SC Food Services reserves the right to update website content, pricing, and offerings at any time. 

12. Third-Party Services

SC Food Services may use third-party providers for payment processing, delivery assistance, scheduling, marketing, or other business operations. SC Food Services is not responsible for the policies, actions, or services provided by third-party providers. 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SC Food Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our responsibility is limited o the value of the products or services purchase. 

14. Changes to Thes Terms

SC Food Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date listed above. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
