Refund & Cancellation Policy

Meal Prep Orders

Delivery Issues

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients have already been purchased and food preparation has begun. If you are unable to receive your order, you may transfer it to another individual with prior notification. 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Refunds cannot be issues for: 

-Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

-Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

-Orders left at the designated delivery location according to customer instructions

Catering Orders

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all catering events. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled event will receive a refund of all payments made, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event may receive a partial refund based on food, labor, and supplies already committed. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. 

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Private Cooking Classes & Culinary Experiences

Customers are responsible for informing SC Food Services of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requestions, our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 

Reservations canceled 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund or may request to transfer the reservation to another available class, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. 

Product Quality Guarantee

Refund Processing

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with the quality of your order, or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the product to help us evaluate the issue. When appropriate, SC Food Services may offer one of the following: A replacement meal or product, store credit toward a future purchase, a partial or full refund at our discretion. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
