Chef Jonathan Jones
With classical training and a heart full of family tradition. Jonathan brings a unique touch to the world of catering. He is a hospitality specialist, with culinary degree from Diablo Valley College, studying abroad in Switzerland at Les Roches School of Hotel Management. His philosophy is simple: use the best ingredients, honor the recipe's story, and cook with soul. He personally oversees every menu, ensuring that each bite reflects the heritage and quality SC Food Services stands for.

Chef Stephanie GistÂ
My culinary journey began as a pastry chef before I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sacramento State. Throughout college, I worked nights in professional kitchens, where I discovered that my true passion was creating memorable experiences through food and hospitality. As someone living with Type 1 diabetes, I've developed a deep appreciation for the connection between nutrition and overall well-being. That perspective inspires me to create fresh, seasonal meals that are both flavorful and thoughtfully prepared.
At SC Food Services, I believe great food has the power to bring people together. Whether serving families, businesses, or special events, my goal is simple: deliver chef-crafted meals with exceptional quality, genuine hospitality, and care in every bite.
